Hot chocolate?
I love everything that has to do with hot chocolate. I love being by the fire with a cup of cocoa and wondered If anyone has any of your recipes ... ten points for the most creative and delicious recipe.
Mmmm ... hot chocolate on a cold day is great! Here peppermint white hot chocolate 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped 3 1 / 2 cups milk 6 mints, well mashed 1 / 2 c. Mint tea extract 2 / 3 cup cream ice milk with crushed peppermint candy to soft peaks. Refrigerate for about an hour. Meanwhile, heat the milk to a boil, add the chocolate. Whisk until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Add the peppermint extract and stir through. For simple and delicious ... 1 teaspoon tablespoon of something. 2 v. tablespoons cocoa powder. 2 v. tablespoons sugar. Water 1 cup milk a little vanilla, if desired combine cocoa, sugar and water in small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent the dough from sticking the stove. After about 1 to 2 minutes, add milk and vanilla. Mix together until it reaches your preferred temperature. To give an extra touch, add a little Grand Marnier or hazelnut liqueur or almond.
